3. Shipping Time
Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days (some items will be 1 week).
Shipping work is only during Sunday - Thursday.
We are closed for the shipping work during Friday - Saturday and public holiday in Oman, therefore next shipping date placed order during this period, next shipping date will be on next opening day.
4. Shipping Method
Shipping will be done by ASYAD EXPRESS mainly except over size stuff.
All Purchase are subject to shipping charge 2 Omani Rials in muscat region and 2.5 Omani Rials in other regions in the country, however in case of some region where needs extra cost for the delivery and oversize package, additional cost will be charged.
The shipping cost for all items are fix flat rate 02/OMR in Muscat region and 02.5/OMR all other region in Oman.... will be calculated automatically by our shopping cart system.
After shipped out, we will send you the tracking number for your trace.

5. Shipping Insurance
We insure for all ASYAD EXPRESS shipping.
In case of lost, the value on the package invoice will be compensated.
6. Custom Duty
Import duty/tax is included in our price or shipping cost.
7. Product Warranty and Repair
Please be noted exported stuffs by third party like our store, official warranty system is invalid.
(All of JDM tackles except some DC reels, rods and electric reels has not warranty even in Japan.)
For the repair or supplying spare parts, we can help you that depends on the case.

8. Return Policy
In case of your intention to cancel the goods;

If you would like to return the goods, please contact to us within 03 days after receiving the goods.

Used item is not possible to return.

Packing condition should be selling condition.

You have to pay the shipping cost to return.

We will refund the money after receiving the returning goods and confirmed the condition.
In case of defected goods or lost package;
Don't worry, we will responsible your order until you received correct goods.
